1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, flash sales, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 60–80

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 100–130

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most orders.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (or confirmation via phone for COD).

  • You will receive a confirmation message or call once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Confirmation

After your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number or courier name

  • An estimated delivery time
